The Cairbag® presses on the liquid and seals it off

The liquid load is secured by the pressure in the Cairbag.  Due to the large contact surface between the liquid and the Cairbag, substantial forces can be provided, avoiding movement of the load. This is safe in bends and during abrupt breaking. In addition, energy is saved, as the liquid load no longer has to be kept 'in movement'.

A Cairbag is a new and innovative aircushion that is installed and inflated in the container of the trailer or truck, especially if the container is only partially filled with a liquid load. The Cairbag fills at all times that space that is not filled by the liquid, preventing the presence of free air.

Cairbags® are 'selfsetting'

Cairbags are not fixed to the container, they are only (temporarily or definitely) connected to an airflow and a draining hose . Dependent on the form of the tank,  the Cairbag takes in the ideal position. It is also possible to fix that position. This 'fixed' Cairbag has a fixed volume and can be positioned in the container in order to avoid overburdening of one or more axes of the truck. The 'fixed' Cairbag is not applied frequently.
